Civil BIM coordination with Concept Engineers

Concept Engineers has shared a building information modelling (BIM) fly-through from a completed project delivered with developer OneFin, Hutchinson Builders and Raunik Design Group Architects.

The model brings civil surfaces, detention tanks, stormwater and sewer infrastructure together with the building model. It gives the project team a shared view of how the civil design relates to the architecture, services and site constraints.

The feature highlights the value of coordination across disciplines and compares the model with the completed outcome. The video cover identifies the project as Honour Early Learning Strathpine.
