Goonellabah housing reaches topping out

Alder Group’s August update marks completion of the structural framework for Social Futures’ 18-apartment housing development in Goonellabah, in the Northern Rivers.

The project combines nine social and nine affordable homes, with one- and two-bedroom layouts and accessible shared spaces. Social Futures has credited Raunik Design Group Architects as a project partner.

Topping out is an important construction milestone, with the building’s structure in place and further work continuing towards completion.
