Worongary childcare centre secures development approval

Zone Planning Group has announced development approval for a 128-place childcare centre in Worongary, with Raunik Design Group Architects credited as the project architect.

The proposal brings nature-based outdoor play into a setting that retains significant native vegetation. Zone’s announcement describes the centre’s relationship with an environmental protection area and the coordinated planning, landscape, engineering and ecology work behind the approval.
