Chevron Island tower receives approval

Our residential tower design at the corner of Kalyan and Parneno streets on Chevron Island featured in Apartments.com.au’s September 2025 approval coverage.

The reported scheme includes 76 apartments across 23 levels, above a two-storey podium. A slender tower form, integrated landscaping and varied apartment orientations respond to the surrounding skyline, coast and hinterland.

The design also provides shared rooftop facilities. This is the Kalyan and Parneno streets project, separate from Aere on Mawarra Street. The report records planning approval, rather than construction completion.
