Behind every great company…is a great accountant. With her attention to detail, analytical skills and extensive experience in accounting, Louise is the backbone behind the RDG team. Need to pay an invoice? Got questions about ski holidays? Want to join the office yoga class? Louise is your woman!

Senior architect, super-woman, and faithful sinew of the childcare team. Orchestrating an industrious team and tactfully co-ordinating multiple jobs at various stages whilst still maintaining an elegant poise is all in a day’s work for Jane. Her experience in both the public and private sector along with her thoughtful consideration and knowledge of each job is simply paramount to RDG.

Matt has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering the highest quality architecture. With a vast array of experience, Matt has delivered commercial, education and residential projects in South East Queensland and throughout Australia.

Architect, a former water-ski champion and doting husband and father. Brad’s passion for modern design, down-to-earth nature, and athletic discipline (not to mention his height!) makes for a winning combination. Graduating university with the AIA Award for Excellence and with experience from some of the top architecture firms in the USA, Brad brings a wealth of international design experience to the RDG team.

As her surname suggests, architecture runs literally in Emma’s veins, as does her excellent way with clients, with her warm, friendly nature. Never one to shy away from a challenge, her adventurous spirit has taken her all over the world, including a rigorous 2-week hike through the Himalayas and skiing Japanese slopes.

Emma’s project portfolio includes masterplanning, design and documentation for a wide range of project types, including heritage, resort, residential, retail and public architecture, with a specialty in modular design. Always striving for the best outcome for clients and end-users, Emma brings a collaborative approach to her job, working closely with her project team to produce high quality design that translates to a better built environment.

Eleri (pronounced el-AIR-ee) is a registered architect specialising in education, health and public projects. She is a visual artist and received the 2023 Swell Sculpture Festival Neumann Award here on the Gold Coast. She grew up in Wales and will happily tell you the train station with the longest name if you ask nicely.

A graduate from the University of Tasmania, Enzio’s background includes sculpting, stage and building design, bringing a wealth of knowledge to RDG’s childcare design and management. When he’s not enjoying time relaxing with his family, you can find Enzio around the office, using his powers for good, not evil. Apparently.

Julie aspires for quality design, with a firm belief that architecture can be used to make the world a better place. Never without a smile, her bubbly, fun-loving nature lights up the office, just like her famous home-made macarons which she often spoils the team with.

With personal experience with childcare centres under her belt, Megan has contributed to the team’s ever-expanding childcare project list, whilst bringing the office height average down – even in heels. Her behind-the-scenes knowledge in the childcare industry keeps her a step ahead with the projects she develops and manages.

Theo is an enthusiastic and dedicated Architectural Graduate with over seven years post-qualification experience across a range of project types and scales including multi-residential, social housing, commercial, retail and hospitality. His career has encompassed architecture, urban design and research in various European countries and Australia. This has given him a unique perspective on the industry and a broad range of experience to draw on.

He has worked as part of a team and independently, contributing to several award-winning projects including a new vision for the business district of La Defense in Paris (France).

He believes that architecture and design matter, and that through his work, he can make a positive difference in the world.

Alahni is a passionate recent Graduate, currently completing her Masters of Architecture at University of Queensland. Focused upon community, Alahni is engaging in ongoing research regarding the progression of the housing development within SEQ Aboriginal communities. A Gold Coaster through and through, Alahni has grown up within the design and construction industry, bringing a further focus of locality and community to the RDG team.

Matt is a Gold Coast native and recent architecture graduate with a family background in the industry. His professional background encompasses hands-on involvement in town housing projects across the Gold Coast and Greater Brisbane area, coupled with exposure to multi-residential developments along the Gold Coast coastline.

Outside of the office, Matt is a devoted visual artist, with a focus on abstract paintings. Matts aspiration is to seamlessly integrate my passion for art and architecture, contributing to projects that not only excel in functionality but also capture the distinctive aesthetic spirit of the Gold Coast.

Sol is an architect from Chile with a Masters degree from Australia. Her eight years of professional experience in the Australian architecture field encompass residential, multi-residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. She thrives on challenges, applying creative thinking to achieve the best results. Outside of work, Sol is an early bird who enjoys watching sunrises on the beach and engaging in functional training. She also unwinds with yoga classes and fun extracurricular activities, maintaining a well-balanced lifestyle. Her passion for architecture and continuous learning, combined with her motivation and dedication, make her a valuable asset to any project she takes on.

Michael provides a fresh approach to design and documentation. With a rich history that includes a background and work experience in Germany, he is quick to attend any design or job-related item without compromising on quality (unless he is found hanging off boulders during a routine rock-climbing session).

PS: He’s a table tennis shark.

Keen fly-fisher, nature-lover and purveyor of RDG’s European confectionary jar. His experience includes both small and large scale architecture – from designing and building his own home to exposition and exhibition centres in Switzerland.

Jack’s not afraid to take on challenges, particularly when faced with daunting or demanding situations, and is committed to delivering high-quality results. Jack is dedicated and willing to go the extra mile to complete projects on time without compromising on quality.

When Jack is not working, he’s having a laugh with friends around a campfire or throwing lures where he thinks the fish are. Outside of RDG, Jack takes a strong interest in Australian real estate and landscape photography.

Bree is a passionate building design professional with a diploma, specializing in high volume multi residential projects. She loves mid-century modern aesthetics and emphasizes sustainability and affordability in her designs. Bree’s enthusiasm extends beyond her work, as she enjoys playing netball, taking her dogs to the beach, and exploring the country with her partner on weekends. Her dedication to creativity and inspiring others makes her a remarkable individual with a keen eye for blending innovation and functionality in all her projects.

Adam steers the ship around here. Considering the number of icebergs to navigate its smooth sailing.

Adams presence seems to fix all technical issues. An invaluable asset.

If Adams not working back, he’s kicking goals on the football field or rewatching the Titanic.
