A neighbourhood-scale childcare proposal for Paddington

Our proposed childcare centre on Kennedy Terrace in Paddington featured in Your Neighbourhood’s September 2025 coverage.

The two-storey design uses a residentially inspired form, landscaping and deep planting to respond to its established neighbourhood. The reported scheme includes eight playrooms, four outdoor play areas and undercroft parking.

The coverage describes a development application. It does not establish subsequent approval, construction or opening.
